*inclusive of all bills/local taxes (water, electricity, gas, and state 'taxes de séjour'), exclusive gas for gas hot stone grill (plancha)

* 5% discount for rentals of 2 weeks or longer

• security deposit (refundable) : 1200 €
• included : linen, dish towels bathroom linen.
• included housekeeping (end of stay) : (180 euros).  The house must be left in a normal state to allow for normal cleaning.
