Both properties are relaxing and private, but are close to the town centre with its shops, port, sandy beaches and sporting facilities (tennis, pitch and put, horse riding, fishing, sailing school, water-skiing, sea kayak, walking...)

A short 15 minute trip will take you to the historic walled spa town of St Malo, renowned for its aquarium, casino and thermal spa, to Dinard with its 18 hole golf course, or to the « Barrage de la Rance » (barrier and lock of the the river Rance)… The towns of Rennes and Dinan are just 45 minutes away
